Shanghai.

Haven't witnessed blue skies like this in Shanghai in recent memory. My city still has hope ...

Yet another long train ride tomorrow. This time to 九江 (Jiu Jiang) in Jiang Xi province. The famous 庐山 (Lu Shan) is around there. Probably heading to 南昌 (Nan Chang) and then 长沙 (Chang Sha) afterwards, working my way back to Pearl River Delta.

Very good choice:

九江 ... 庐山 ...南昌 ...长沙 -lots of history

Pearl River Delta - lots of living history is in the making.

But please TAKE EXTRA CARE OF YOURSELF because of hot weather and flood in the region during this time of the year.

Omigod, Ethan, this is incredible! Shanghai looks sooooooo pretty in the pix! I showed them to some colleagues, and they insisted these are re-touched... Anyway, I'm going to be on the flight back to Shanghai tomorrow - so psyched that my heart's been beating fast the whole day! Will arrive on Wednesday (Aug 9) around 4pm local time. Will be in Shanghai on Aug 10 and head over to Hong Kong on Aug 11 and return to Shanghai on Aug 14. What's your plan? We should see if we can catch up somewhere. You have a phone number? Let me know. My email: jinaxiao@gmail.com

It is incredible, and they're not retouched. And today's just like yesterday!
